A high voltage BMS organizes multiple cells into 8-24 string configurations as basic modules. These modules can be combined in series to form battery racks, which can then be paralleled into stacks and banks for large-scale energy storage solutions.

GCE's innovative approach uses independent MOSFET BMS units for each basic module (up to 20kWh), then connects identical modules in series for capacities exceeding 200kWh. Our 3-level BMS architecture features:

  • BMU (slave BMS) in each module collecting cell data
  • Cascade connection via isolated CAN bus to RBMS (rack/master BMS)
  • Voltage balancing through fans or resistance balancing
  • RBMS parallel connection via network cables
  • Stack BMS aggregating all RBMS data

With nearly 10 years of R&D, GCE ensures stable, efficient, and reliable system communication with rich interface options for external system integration.
